Disasters...

We have had our fair share of disasters at VM....fires, floods, drought, cyclones - you name it.This area of southern Africa seems to get it from all sides.

This particularly bad cyclone in central Mozambique in 2006 took the whole roof off one part of the school narrowly missing hurting anyone!

Below it took off the roof of the barn (that is part offices, accommodation, storerooms and teaching areas) and all the donated clothes that we store for the children, elderly and local community were soaked.....
