When the UK charity was set up in 1995, one of the founding principles was that we would endeavour to send as much money as possible to the work in Mozambique and take as little as possible for our administration costs. Therefore, since 1995 and still today, all who work for Vila Maninga in the UK, do so voluntarily. Over 99% of all donations go straight to the project in Mozambique.
